Corellas in Brisbane

Yesterday I watched a flock of over 50 Corella moving around Gaythorne for over
an hour. I could nt tell if they were Long-billed or Little at the distance.
The Boondall Wetland checklist says they have Little Corella but doesn't
mention Long-billed. Simpson and Day show a small population of Long-billed
near Brisbane, but no population of Little anywhere nearby. What are the odds
for seeing a new species for me here in B (they were Corellas)? -TATE
