Took a stroll down to the Newcastle Baths' rock-shelf yesterday to see if there were any White-fronted Terns about - there was just one W-fT with a smaller tern that looked like a Common Tern to me. I took the camera down today and fortunately the bird was there again, pretty sure it's a Common, although that's more than a little on the "un"common side in winter in our neck of the woods. if anyone is interested, I wouldn't mind a second opinion. I can flick through some images off-line if you contact me directly.
