Thankyou Jenny for that amazing documented overview and sightings of the Amazing Princess Parrot... I was green with jealousy just reading it..but...just not able to make it out there in time....we are house sitting in alice springs in 5-6 weeks time, and when i heard about all the sightings at newhaven, i thought...i MUST get to this place...i don't doubt that the other birds at newhaven will be amazing to behold too...but...i doubt the parrots will be there when i get there....but if they nest there like you say COULD be a possibility...i may be in luck Do they allow self guided tours when you get there, now that the volunteers arn't there anymore?? Anyway...thankyou for a great read, and i loved your photos Kirri :D =============================== To unsubscribe from this mailing list, send the message: unsubscribe (in the body of the message, with no Subject line) to: http://birding-aus.org =============================== |
