I agree with Alastair
I purchased my Morcombe app some 6 or 7 months ago, downloaded it to by ipod 
touch and have never had to 'validate' at any time.   It works for me anytime, 
everytime ..   daily.

hat is patently untrue. I have had it on my iphone for 18 months. Once purhased 
nd downloaded it does not require any validation.
