Morecombe eGuide application

I downloaded the app onto an andriod phone last year.  I was asked for
licence validation this February, whilst out of internet range and I
couldn't use it until I was again back in range.

I haven't been asked for validation since but not sure whether this is an
issue of the timing of being out of internet range.
