Readers of this forum might be interested in Caddie Brain's report http://www.abc.net.au/rural/content/2012/s3507009.htm We met Caddie on our way into Newhaven last week. As a non-birder working in Alice Springs for the ABC, Caddie was ecstatic about seeing the Princess Parrots. I am still astounded that I made it to Newhaven in time to see 42 Princess Parrots. Amazing experience. Many thanks to Peter and Toni for their most welcoming and helpful hosting.
