The Swift Parrot survey is on next weekend and I have been told that surveyors are sorely needed for Melbourne areas. Urban and outer urban parks like Studley Park, Royal Park, Plenty Gorge and the Merri Creek corridor are likely spots for the birds to be seen. I am looking for birdwatchers who want to do a scoot around several areas together on Saturday, May 19th. Venues, times to be decided. Please reply by email.
