Dear all

Spent a very enjoyable weekend on a houseboat moored up by a restaurant up river from Brooklyn, 11/12/13 May. No spectacular birds but did see 8 White-breasted Sea-Eagles - a pair near the Brooklyn marina, another pair with two juveniles near Milsons Island, and a further pair up river towards Borowa.

Also at Peats Bite restaurant where we ate, was a male Eclectus Parrot, flying free but coming in each day for food. Apparently at one time it used to sleep between the pillows of the restaurant's owners.

Happy birding - wonder how many will be off on the first flight to Alice Springs and Newhaven???? Princess Parrots galore.
