Amen to that,
A group of us, organised by Richard Jordan, were in Uganda with Herbert in 
January this year.
He is doing very admirable work building up the professional bird guide 
capability in Uganda - amongst other initiatives. We met several of his 
"graduates" and they are top class.
I think he may be at the birdlife congress in Coffs harbour later this year. 
Richard may be able to confirm.
