I had a pair of Eastern Grass Owls performing nicely last night at Maroochy River on the Sunshine Coast. These birds have been frequenting the grasslands of the area now for the best part of three years. See here for more: http://sunshinecoastbirds.blogspot.com.au/. Late yesterday I also had King Quail (3) and Spotless Crake (1).
