Recently I was fortunate to be invited for a brief holiday to Kaikoura in New Zealand, arguably one of the best seabirding destinations on earth. I managed to see almost 20 pelagic species there including several albatross (depending on your view of the recent revised taxonomy) I've created a quick trip-report available on http://www.aviceda.org/wp(though there may be issues with the gallery at the end of the post, could you let me know if you have problems viewing it?) Look forward to your comments, Tom -- ******************************** Tom Tarrant Kobble Creek, Qld http://kobble.aviceda.org http://www.flickr.com/aviceda ******************************** =============================== To unsubscribe from this mailing list, send the message: unsubscribe (in the body of the message, with no Subject line) to: http://birding-aus.org =============================== |
