Yellow-faced Honeyeater at Banyule Flats, Heidelberg, Vic.

On Tuesday morning a single honeyeater alighted on a dead wattle-tree 
near the west end of the Banyule Billabong.  Not the White-plumed HE one 
would have expected -  face clearly marked with black and yellow 
horizontal face-mask, and upper parts more brown than green.  Definitely 
a Yellow-faced Honeyeater.
Presumably an autumn passage-migrant on its way north. I don't believe I 
have seen YFHE here more than once or twice at most in 35+ years 
birding.  They used to come through Studley Park with White-naped HEs in 
autumn but haven't seen them there for similar period.
