Hi all, On Tuesday 13th March, 2012 at 10.00pm, approximately 5km north east of Fingal, Tasmania on the Esk Highway, I observed a Masked Owl on the road. I had excellent views under my vehicle lights as it took flight as I slowly approached. The valley is generally farmland with significant bushland on the surrounds. Kind regards, Liz Liz Znidersic St Helens, Tasmania. 7216.
