Binoculars from overseas

Just before Christmas there was discussion about USA shops not accepting 
orders for binoculars from Australia. I was interested as I was unable 
to find a local supplier for what I wanted.
Today I received my order from a New York supplier who specializes in 
shipping to Australia, cheaper than Hong Kong, a week from payment INTO CBA!
I won't post his details, but will supply them on request. He doesn't 
list cameras though.
