My friend has done four different tours with Rockjumper and found they were
really good. Top class guides, top class accomodation, top class birding.
Admittedly she did not go to PNG, but she cannot sing their praises highly
enough.
Maybe it is harder to make up the numbers now that there is an economic
downturn. Companies might be forced to take people who are not so fit, or
else cancel the trip. Would you rather have no trip at all than one which
had to cater for different levels of fitness? An excellent company like
Rockjumper is, doesn't need continuing bad publicity like this list is
generating. For sure, people are bringing up valid points, but because of the
subject heading it is giving the impression that all the problems are with that
one company.
