Re Feedback on Rockjumpers tours

Am I the only one that finds it sad that a small specialist tour company is 
being held responsible for the fact that certain grown adults are either to 
ignorant or to arrogant to pay heed to the tour advice before booking?
It appears that Rockjumper made it perfectly clear what the physical demands 
were in the pre-booking information.
