Re What you may find is that to get them serviced you have to mail (at your own expense) to the USA. That is normally if you want to get the service **under warranty**Usually the normal "you pay for it" servicing is OK here no matter where purchased. After all most reputable brands offer world wide servicing - but you have to pay full price. Otherwise long term tourists (eg 6 mo visa) would have to wait until they got home for repairs, wherever that might be. Ian. |
