I have just arrived home from a trip to Nepal with my brother. This was a
trekking trip to Mt. Everest base camp at 5364m however i managed to spot
some birds along the way. Following the trek, we booked a one day safari in
Chitwan National Park in the terai lowlands. We managed to I.D. a few birds
here as well with the help of a local guide. Whilst in Chitwan we were
lucky enough to see One-horned Rhinos, spotted and sambre deer and rhesus
macaques. 48 species of bird were identified on the whole trip in Nepal,
and here's the list:
