There was plenty of activity on the turkey mound in my back yard this
morning. A young turkey was digging exploratory holes, while the
mature turkey was tap dancing like an animated penguin. I've never
seen a turkey tap dance before :)
During the night, I could hear the turkeys running on the roof, and in the pre-dawn hour, a Bush Thick-knee, a Channel-billed Cuckoo and an Eastern Yellow Robin calling.
