Hi Has anyone looked for the reported juv Banded Stilt at Coombabah from the weekend before last? I have seen no further reports - confirmation or failure - for this (almost) mega rarity in SE Qld. The only other Banded Stilt in SE Qld I am aware of was at Lake Clarendon in the Lockyer valley in the winter of 2002. Pls feel free to respond off-line or on-line - I'm sure there are others interested in ongoing news or lack thereof.....
