A group of UK land holders are requesting permission to shoot raptors,
which, it is claimed are threatening game birds, such as Grouse. In
other words, the landholders want to be able to cull protected
species, so as to preserve the numbers of other species so they can in
turn be shot. And we thought our duck shooters barmy.
