It's at http://www.nanpa.org/docs/NANPA-Ethical-Practices.pdf. Probably either
would do, but each has points that aren't in the other. For example, theirs
doesn't mention nests at all, but is more specific about being a good example
and reporting bad behaviour. This is an interesting one:
"Don't argue with those who don't care; report them."
Note that NANPA isn't specifically a birding association.
