At 09 30 hrs this morning, Sunday 06 March 2011, (20) 80 White-throated Needletails were hawking with Dusky woodswallows and welcome swallows near St
Helens Point, Tasmania. Flying north along the secondary sanddune adjacent to windmill swamp. Observed over a period of about 15 minutes shortly
afterwards a moderatre NE wind sprang up and no more were seen.
