Just for information, the Dwight article mentioned by David James (hi David) in the Bulletin of the American Museum of Natural History is freely available as a download at the American Museum of Natural History Digital Library (at http://digitallibrary.amnh.org/dspace/), with the paper itself at http://digitallibrary.amnh.org/dspace/handle/2246/1245

It is, however, a big file to download, so you might want David's photocopy!

Most AMNH publications are available as free downloads (PDF) and many of the older papers are invaluable if you're interested in the birds of New Guinea, the south-west Pacific and bits of Indonesia (and many other places elsewhere in the world).
