G'day Folks, I've been watching a couple of very ragged looking Little Crows bringing up a rowdy Channel-bill directly out the front of the Alice Springs Airport. There is an ornamental garden across the road from the front entry and he is resident here with his "parents" in the eucalypts above the small waterhole. He is quite hard to miss so if you are heading to Alice it is a worthwhile spectacle to check out on the way through. I put some (quite bad) photos up on the website. http://www.comebirdwatching.blogspot.com/ Cheers Chris Watson Alice Springs -- *BIRDS CENTRAL* *Central Australian birding resource* *Guiding, writing, and the latest site information* *from Alice Springs* www.comebirdwatching.blogspot.com =============================== To unsubscribe from this mailing list, send the message: unsubscribe (in the body of the message, with no Subject line) to: http://birding-aus.org =============================== |
