"Lunch was at Rowse Lagoon 
near Goulburn, which seemed to have a lot of water, but was full of water 
weeds, so one couldn't see much apart from Swamphen heads."

I visited Rowes Lagoon in September 2009, to find just a bare paddock, so it's 
good to hear it has water in it. I was under the impression it had been dry for 
years. Can anyone tell me when it last filled?
