Hi all
just went for a wander around our grass lands to get a photo or two
and found a small flock of chestnut breasted manikins and star
finches, mixed in were about half a dozen juveniles
(photo on my page http://ferryman.net.au/web2/4 birds.htm )
i got some great photos but can't decide weather they are juvenile
star finch or manikins or both. I'm just happy to see the star-finch
numbers are coming back after the almost total loss of them after the
09 floods
regards Glenn
