We haven't really had as much rain as we had been led to expect. Well not yet anyway. Went for a bit of a drive and turned up a few good birds. http://comebirdwatching.blogspot.com/2011/02/brown-quail-brown-honeyeater-white.html The Brown Quails are amazingly abundant at the moment and the White-fronted Honeyeater is always a pleasant surprise wherever they turn up.
