Thanks Chris, Yes, I heard it 'live' on the Science Show. A fascinating story. As a friend I recounted it to said, the set of coincidences ALMOST makes you believe in a higher being coordinating things. wendy Hi all, Just finished listening to this fascinating podcast on a toxic mining pit lake in the USA where a mass Snow Goose death led to the discovery of an organism that removes metals from water! The format of the podcast is probably over-dramatised, but it's still very worth a listen. http://www.radiolab.org/2010/jun/28/even-the-worst-laid-plans/ Regards, Chris Sanderson ===============================To unsubscribe from this mailing list, send the message: unsubscribe (in the body of the message, with no Subject line) to: http://birding-aus.org =============================== |
