Hi All,A quick update from Mike Carter, Tony Palliser and Frank O'Connor who are currently on Cocos islands. In addition to the rarities reported a couple of days ago they have also now had Watercock on two islands, an accipiter that is thought to be a Japanese Sparrowhawk and a Cinnamon Bittern on Home Island. No doubt more to follow. Wishing everybody a happy new year - I hope 2011 is filled with nice birding experiences for all!
