Norm Cramp of PAWA has asked me to spread this message. I¹ve encountered crocodiles at Leanyer ponds that would not move despite my driving right up to them. So please, no hopping out of the car. You can generally drive right up to the birds as Mark Stanley will attest (Little Ringed Plover). Regards Denise L Goodfellow Hi Denise Can you spread the word please. The croc is young, well-fed, healthy, inquisitive and without fear (ie; came out of the water and 'walked' across the road not 3 metres from my car) Cheers and thanks Norm ============================== To unsubscribe from this mailing list, send the message: unsubscribe (in the body of the message, with no Subject line) to: http://birding-aus.org ============================= |
