Hi All,

The Red-billed Tropicbird is still present (or back) around the cliffs on the northern end of Lord Howe Island. It was well photographed by island guide and boat charter operator Jack Shick ( on Friday 17th December. On that occasion the bird was only observed in flight. Jack reports that the bird is no longer using the nest scrape on which it was photographed in November.
