Considering the number of bird-photographers there seems to be in the BirdingAus group I am surprised there has been no comment so far on this topic.

Birds Australia recently held a "Best Photo of 2010" competition and the
winners were announced on the BA website yesterday.
As an entrant in the competition I am awesomely devastated and incredibly gutted that I was not included in the list of winners but I certainly want to publically congratulate the winners and runners up.
To get an idea of the skill and imagination of some of the bird-photographers
of this country go to:
http://www.birdsaustralia.com.au/homepage-news/2010-ba-photo-comp-winners.html
If that link doesn't work simply go to the BA website and click on the link to
the competition winners.

Now the planning starts for next year's comp.

Cheers
