Sounds like we need as many list members to contact the Minister for  
Ports and Waterways, Eric Roozendaal and tell him that this is not on.  
There is nothing like a small avalanche of complaints to cause a polly  
to change a decision. Mr Roozendaal's contact details are, Ministerial  
office: The Hon. Eric Roozendaal, MLC, Level 36 Governor Macquarie  
Tower, 1 Farrer Place
Sydney NSW 2000, Email:  Hand written  
letters get the most attention. Lets get to it folks and try and get  
Mr Roozendaal to reverse his position, while his party are still in  
power.

of the lagoon. Yes you say how is this possible, well Maritime  
Services who issued the license apparently did not know or do not care  
that it is a Declared Wildlife Refuge given the highest classification  
under the Fauna Protection Act and is also listed on the NSW  
Threatened Species Conservation Act.Rest assured we will be taking all  
the action we can to have this license revoked.
