Hi Bob, The Red Rumps have lived in Royal Park for years, decades. They are also common feeding on the median strips in Royal Parade all the way in past Melb. Uni. The also show interest in the hollows in the Elm trees. They just get about their business as if no one was about. A lovely sight. I have also seen them in Carlton street trees over towards the Museum & Exhibition Gardens too. I don't tend to see them in Brunswick or Coburg, except over around Merri Creek. Wendy |
