Hi, I received this message, but as there are very few bowerbirds in South
Australia, am unable to assist. These guys were happy for me to forward it
to b-a so anyone who may be able to assist please contact them directly.

Subject: Casa Vogue Italian magazine
To:
Dear Sir, dear Madam,
I am an Italian contributor to the interior magazine "Casa Vogue" (Condé
Nast). The magazine come out twice a year with Vogue Italy and it publishes
articles on houses that have an interesting story to tell. I would like to
propose to the magazine an article on the bower birds' bowers and on their
beautiful and surprising way to decorate their own homes for the females
they want to attract. The magazine's policy is to take any editorial
decision on the basis of the images I can let them view before. I am
therefore looking for an ornithologist or a publisher or a searcher who may
have some images that represent the bowers. In fact, I found some nice
pictures on the birds, but the wonderful sets they prepare inside the bowers
are not visible enough to be seen and fully recognized. Do you have some
images on the bowers in your archive, or would you suggest me a person who
might have such images?
I thank you for the consideration and I look forward to hearing from you.
Best regards,
Angela Piga
