Hello all..I have just returned from an 8 day trip to New Zealand. My wife
and I did the 4 day Queen Charlotte Track; and a Kaikoura Pelagic; as well
as visits to Motuara Island and Karori sanctuary in Wellington. The trip was
highly successful with lots of good endemics as well as seabirds seen and
photographed. The highlights for me were getting pictures of Westland
Petrel, Salvin's Albatross, King Shag, Saddleback and Stitchbird. I have
just launched a detailed Trip report on wildiaries with lots of
pics.probably only of interest to anyone intending to go there. Anyway, I
can highly recommend the itinerary to anyone with a short amount of time.
