Yep looks like Pacific Golden Plover to me. They should also be in the 
Hawkesbury swamps/turf farms around now too.

Hi birders

I suspect this is a Pacific Golden Plover in moult? I am not really a wader 
afficionado to be honest so any help with regard to identification would be 
welcome. We observed this bird at Penrith Lakes this afternoon.
