For Melbourne readers, this event looks like a beautiful, meditative - and 
birdy - experience. Genevieve Lacey is a world-renowned recorder virtuoso, who 
turns your expectations of dreary school recorder concerts on their head. Her 
playing is, quite simply, sublime. It accompanies footage of flocks of birds in 
a 30-minute installation presented as part of the Melbourne International Arts 
Festival.
