Hello, I'm an American who is planning a birding trip to Australia in October/November. My plans call for me to start my trip in Sydney. I would love to do some birding in the Blue Mountains, but I won't have a car until I leave Sydney. I could take a train up into the Blue Mountains, but I would need to get around once I got there. Is anyone interested in showing a visiting birder around some of the Blue Mountains birding areas on Saturday, 9 October? Naturally, I would be more than happy to pay for petrol and lunch. The itinerary for my entire trip can be seen on my website at _www.barry15.com_ (http://www.barry15.com) , then click on "2010 Australia Trip".
