Hi Colin, I wasn't aware of this report - where and when was it made? Not on Eremaea, bird-o or anywhere else I know of. Oakman Park (named after Harry Oakman) is on the corner of Union Street and Moggill Road in Toowong, adjacent to the ovals for Brisbane Boy's College. I don't know what he means by the big wheel - it's certainly not the Southbank contraption. It's too late now but I live locally and will have a look tomorrow - not hopeful after a two week delay though. Grr.
