Alan and all - I can think of a few 'other facilities'

Helicopter pad, bush retreat for rich nature lovers, mountain bike trails, swimming pool in the river (have to dam it and dig it out a bit of course). The list can go on and on - and, I nearly forgot, what about a coal mine?
Won't affect the cliffs or the water table.................

Sounds fantastic but why does this bit about "other facilities" worry me:

... There are also plans for camping grounds and other facilities...

Best

Alan

Good news hopefully, for the wildlife in the Capertee Valley.
