Brown tassie bird redux

I think the majority felt it was an immature dusky robin, but a couple of
folks thought it might be Red-capped or Flame Robin. One even suggested
speckled warbler. 
Thanks for all the input thus far. I didn't take the photo but was again
reviewing images for wikipedia for use.
