Wader counters report that a Ringed Plover was seen on Clonmel Island in Corner Inlet east of Wilson's Promontory, Victoria, yesterday at high tide around noon. The bird was not satisfactorily distinguished from Semi-palmated Plover. It was on one of the spits but at this stage not aware whether at the western or eastern end. Access is by boat.
