G'day Glenn,
Is this bird about the size of a Mangrove Golden Whistler because it looks a
bit like a non-breeding female of that species, but it's a bit difficult to
judge at this resolution.
Cheers Jeff Davies.

Subject: [Birding-Aus] odd bird
Hi all
My names Glenn an i have a small river cruise business in the gulf of
Carpenteria doing croc spotting sunset cruises and bird watching. I
thought i new my birds on the river quite well but recently i fund a odd
one in the mangroves that i can not id and was hopping someone might be
able to help ( http://ferryman.net.au/web2/4 birds.htm ) i have put him
on my web page the shots are not as good as they could be but better
than not having any. I will try and get some more as i have a trip
tomorrow and have seen it or others 2 or 3 times.
Regards Glenn
