Down here in the south, all the adult Orb Weavers have mated and produced their next generation. Their spiderlings and all the other spiders are valuable food for many birds. Each year honeyeaters and other birds scour my house and garden for spider's silk for their nests. It is all a Web of Life. Wendy |
