Small numbers of Silvereyes and Yellow-faced Honeyeaters began moving
through the Bankstown area around two weeks ago, and today at Nurragingy
Reserve, Doonside, several groups of Yellow-faced Honeyeaters were moving
through. Other notable birds recorded at Nurragingy Reserve were 3 Pacific
Bazas, a White-throated Gerygone, Golden Whistlers have returned for the
winter, and a first year NZ Shining-bronze Cuckoo.

Hi all
I've heard a number of flocks of Silvereyes going over this weekend
(Turramurra, N Sydney) and have seen three plus a single Yellow Faced
Honeyeater (heading east, so not sure if it was a migrant). I haven't heard

any higher up honeyeater groups yet.
Is movement being seen elsewhere.
Cheers
Tom Wilson
