I believe that the crux of the matter is whether the Monty Python crew
were in a position to measure the velocity of swifts using coconuts.
Given that the article in question suggested that Needletails may well
be the fastest birds in level flight, the challenge is there for
someone to demonstrate that using a reliable method.
