Hi,
I am an amateur bird watcher from Auckland and would be interested in
observing and photographing birds around several towns. I am travelling form
Wodonga through to Warrnambool via Beechworth, Wangaratta, Shepparton,
Bendigo, Geelong and the Great Ocean Road.
I am interested in any rare species in these areas.
I normally attend outings with the Gold Coast Bird Observers when I stay (on
holiday with my wife) in the winter and am gradually building up a
collection of Australian Birds Photos.
Could you direct me to the birding areas within the above regions and give
me any bird observers groups that may be able to give me local knowledge
please?
Any help would be appreciated.
