The lookouts on Mnt Buffalo are also a good spot in the evening with lots of
Bogong Moths wizzing around. I have heard them continuing to feed beyond
dusk into darkness, the audible "wack" of Needletail taking a Bogong Moth at
full speed being heard well after lightfall.

Cheers Jeff.

20+ WTNT circling over Clearview (lookout overlooking Bright) at about 1100m
elevation on Sunday evening towards dusk. It was unusual being able to look
down on these birds at times!
